About Me

Hello! I’m Sarah, and I’m so glad you’re here. If you’re visiting this page, you may be navigating one of life’s toughest challenges—grief.

At Legacy of Light Coaching, my mission is simple yet powerful: to help you find hope, healing, and strength through your unique journey.

I’m not just a grief coach—I’m someone who has walked through deep personal losses myself. Losing my beloved daughter and two brothers within a short period plunged me into profound sorrow, confusion, and loneliness. I also faced the painful endings of a relationship and a career, experiences that deeply isolated me and taught me how misunderstood grief can be. But through this difficult journey, something powerful happened: my pain ignited my purpose.

Leveraging my professional background in nursing, combined with deep personal experience, I’ve committed myself to supporting others who feel alone or overwhelmed by grief. I genuinely understand that grief extends beyond losing loved ones—it can include the loss of relationships, careers, dreams, or personal identity. That’s why my approach is tailored specifically to you, respecting and honoring your individual story and emotions.

When you choose to work with me, you’re not just gaining a coach; you’re gaining a compassionate ally dedicated to your healing journey. My coaching sessions offer a safe, nurturing environment where you can openly express your emotions, explore your grief, and uncover the resilience and hope that lie within you.

At Legacy of Light Coaching, I believe that vulnerability is the key to healing. Sharing our struggles openly allows us to forge authentic connections, reminding us we’re never truly alone. Guided by my core values of kindness, compassion, positivity, and authenticity, I promise to meet you exactly where you are, gently guiding you toward clarity, strength, and transformation.

Your journey matters. Your feelings matter. And together, we can honor your grief and help you find your own legacy of light. Thank you for trusting me to walk alongside you—I can’t wait to support you as you transform your pain into renewed purpose and hope.

“You will lose someone you can’t live without, and your heart will be broken.
The bad news is that you never completely get over the loss.

But this is also good news.

They live forever in your heart that doesn’t seal back up.

And you will come through.”
